Some time has passed since that day when I was nervous in front of my screen on the first day of recruitment, wondering, 'What if no one joins...'
Every time a wonderful new member joined, one by one, I felt relieved, and today, our account's joint magazine has reached a huge, huge milestone!
Believe it or not, [We have surpassed 50 members], and the [total number of articles] gathered in the magazine has exceeded 500...! ✨
I have nothing but words of gratitude for the members who took the step to bring their articles here, and for the readers who always come to read them. Thank you so much.
📈 Why has this place grown into a space where '500 words' have gathered?
There is a clear reason why this magazine, which started from zero, was able to build such solid numbers (achievements) of 50 members and 500 articles in such a short period.
It is because everyone who gathers here shares a common, positive desire to 'add future security and daily richness' to their lives, while still cherishing their individual lifestyles (housework, childcare, studies, or preparation for the next step).
Continuing to write articles steadily on your own can sometimes lead to a loss of motivation, or it can take time to gain recognition.
However, by having 50 companions gather like this,
'Social proof (the sense of security that many people are participating)' is created, lowering the mental hurdle for those starting out
By gathering 500 articles, the value of the magazine as a whole increases, and the number of views and likes for all participants grows at the 'fastest and most efficient' rate
Each person's small step (posting an article) creates a 'loop of reciprocity' where we support each other, growing into a very warm and powerful booster that is more than just numbers.
🚀 Next destination: Aiming for a 'warm community of 100 members'
We have achieved the wonderful milestone of 50 members and 500 articles, but our challenge is far from over.
The next step this magazine is aiming for is the 100-member community I have mentioned before.
Some of you might hesitate for a moment, thinking, 'Is it okay for me to join a place that already has 50 people?' But there is absolutely no need to worry. All 50 of the members currently here were also 'the first one' at the beginning.
As the number of people grows and the articles increase to 1,000, then 2,000, the speed at which this place gains recognition will accelerate even further. The precious words you write will reach someone you have yet to meet, and it will surely become a major catalyst for expanding future possibilities (such as building a fan base or finding new options online).
We will continue to nurture this into an even more vibrant place while maintaining the current warm atmosphere, so please feel free to jump in with peace of mind.
