Swedes are punctual. They keep their promises. That is their serious national character.
"It is taboo to wink casually at a Swede. This is because just being winked at makes them seriously consider marriage."
There is even a joke like that.

The person I love is Swedish, but he winks at girls all the time. To him, it is the same as a greeting. I guess there are Swedes like that too. Well, he was raised in Japan, so I suppose it cannot be helped. But you know, I love him. What about him?
