Adrian ran a Failure Swapshop at ProductCamp London 2015. Failure Swapshop was created by Luke Williams to help people share and reflect on failure in a safe way. We’ve found it a fun and effective tool for project managers to use with peers, in retrospectives, and with stakeholders. As Luke says: “We need to talk about failure. We really do. It’s an important part of growing as a person to be able to acknowledge and learn from your failures.”
