American mathematician, John Tukey famously said, “The greatest value of a picture is when it forces us to notice what we never expected to see.” A ‘Data Scientist’ strives to discover and construct meaning from random sets of data.

The first step of the Data Lifecycle involves an extensive collection of data from the business and about the business. At this stage, the business owner/administration gives out a deep understanding of the business and insights on what they expect to achieve for their organization. After navigating this stage, the data scientist has a pool of ambiguous numbers and information that requires to be made sense of. Exploring the diverse information and making sense of the data collected is critical to uncover facts, correlations, and various other elements of a dataset.
