This repository introduces notebooks and data to recreate the figures presented in the FlyWire paper, currently available on biorxiv.
The necessary libraries and the plotting module can be installed via
cd FlyWirePaper
pip install . --upgrade
We recommend to use anaconda.
Each notebook in /flywirepaper contains the relevant paths to the data in /data and creates figures and source data in a subfolder of /figures. Notebooks can be executed with "Run all" or "Shift-Click" through all cells.
