Updates the installer for SolidWorks 2021 SP 5

This addresses several compatibility issues with SolidWorks 2020 and provides a small number of improvements.

This release also relocates the "Export as URDF" menu item to the Tools menu, where it will be added at the end. Instead of an arbitrary location in the File menu.
