FIX: Unable to start recording on some systems due to Direct3D errors in v9.0.0-beta3

This release focuses on some performance improvements.

Screen and Full Screen modes use Desktop Duplication by default on Windows 8 and above.
The separate Desktop Duplication source has been removed.

Added MediaFoundation H.264 Hardware encoded writer. This has been made the default.

Also, added an around mouse recording mode.

This is the biggest release till now for Captura.
Hope you enjoy using it.

There have been a lot of improvements, new features and bug fixes, but a CHANGELOG is not ready at the moment. I'll try to make it ASAP.

Translations are not complete, anyone willing to help can join the Crowdin project. Details are available on the website.

The website and contained documentation on some pages is out of date. Will try to update ASAP.

Known Issues

• Recent List maximum items to persist doesn't work

v8.0.0 is now feature-complete. We are nearing a stable release!
Please help in testing this version. Hope you like the tweaked UI.
