By downloading or using Fello AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. About Fello AI

Fello AI is a native application for Mac, iPhone, and iPad that provides access to third-party AI services including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, xAI, Meta, Perplexity, Mistral, and others. Fello AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these AI providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Fello AI. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Fello AI offers in-app subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. Current pricing is available within the app. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law.

Fello AI connects to third-party AI providers. Your use of those services through Fello AI is also subject to each provider's own terms of service and acceptable use policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of responses generated by third-party AI models.

When you submit content to Fello AI, it may be transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential business data, or any content you would not want transmitted to external services.

The Fello AI app, its design, code, and branding are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal or professional purposes in accordance with these terms.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to transmit that content to third-party AI providers solely to provide the service.

Fello AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. AI models can produce incorrect, biased, or outdated information — always verify important outputs independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fello AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or our website.
