English: The governance structure of Cornwall. Within the ceremonial county of Cornwall there are two local authorities, Cornwall Council on the mainland, and the Council of the Isles of Scilly. Some services are provided to the Isles of Scilly by Cornwall Council. Beneath Cornwall Council there are 213 local councils, which comprise one city council, 28 town councils, 168 parish councils, one community council, and 15 parish meetings. The Isles of Scilly have 5 parishes, but they do not have parish councils.
