解决：

这个问题出现在存储时的字符集问题。

mqysql表设计时，设置表和存储表情的字段都设置为 utf8mb4。

但是我上面报的错并不是数据库设计问题，而是 Spring-boot 在连接数据库的时候会默认使用 utf8 字符集，导致传入表情报错，此时只要强制 Spring-boot 使用 utf8mb4即可。
