when I want to add a user named git,Here occurs a problem and the print is:

the falling reason is that the perl cann’t know the en_GB.UTF-8.and the way to fix it is like:

sudo nano ~/.bashrc

then at the end of the file ,add:

export LC_ALL=C

then:

source ~/.bashrc
