简介：

Successive Approximation ADC（SAR ADC）：逐次逼近ADC，SAR ADC。

主要用于测量电压信号。特性如下（来自公开资料）：

• 10bits resolution
• Up to 1MS/s sampling rate
• 4 single-ended input channels

Temperature Sensor(TSADC)：

主要用于测量温度信号，其内部集成一个SAR ADC，使用其模拟测量通道监测ADC 传感器的输出电压，从而转换成温度值。

•  Up to 50KS/s sampling rate
• Support two temperature sensor
• -20~120 temperature range and 5 temperature resolution
