Android 解决recyclerview 在 scrollview 中不能全部显示，高度不正常的问题。

记录一下，页面展示不正常的问题
说一下背景
外部是个Scrollview，嵌套了一些布局加上recyclerview
recyclerview随着滚动展示不全

解决办法：

在 recyclerview 外面再包一层 RelativeLayout，占焦点
