index, follow | （默认）允许索引，允许跟踪链接 |
noindex, follow | ❌ 不索引本页，✅ 可跟踪链接（本文情况） |
index, nofollow | ✅ 允许索引本页，❌ 不跟踪链接 |
noindex, nofollow | ❌ 不索引，❌ 不跟踪链接（完全屏蔽） |
