Talk some about ACM competition

I have not took part in ACM competition, in my opinion, ACM competition is not good for every body who is a student in college. the reason is that even you are very well in ACM competition, but you also can do some work in computer field.

ACM competition is focus on something is not maths and not technique. in a real world, you can do some with a long time(compare with ACM competition). in here, remind that if you are work in company boss will not tell you that you must finish this poject(or algorithm) only in few hours, but few days.

In the limited time, an good idea is bad. in company, maybe you will use like graphic maths, fuzzy(my research), or other maths theory. thus, we should work hard in maths rather than in some exams in ACM. if you do the exams you should take much time, (I am not say it’s wast your time). but if you pay more attention in maths and develop tools, such as gcc, gdb, makefile etc in linux. That you can do exercise for you programming skills.

There are my view point, do not fit for every body.
