Creo/IPEM 快速保存外部3D模型，并Check-in至Teamcenter

ME经常需要将供应商提供的3D模型保存在公司系统中。但在Check-in过程中经常出现一些问题。
其中最常见的一类问题是：提示Item ID被占用，无法check-in 如何快速避免出现Item ID 被占用提示？

实现步骤

1. Creo–>Home–>Open:
   
   
   
2. Creo–>File–>Manage File–>Rename
   
3. 填写 “New file name”
   
4. Select all parts and right click, then, choose “New Name” for all parts. And then select “Manual” and “Use Suffix” to generate new file name.
   This is critical, it makes all the part numbers are new Item IDs in Teamcenter.
   
5. All the new file name will be generated, some new file name may get error “The new name is invalid”.
   That because in Creo, file name can’t be longer than 32 characters.
   
6. Modify the invalid file name, make it less than 32 characters.
   After clicking “OK,” all parts will be saved locally with the new file names.
   
7. Teamcenter→ Save All
   
   All parts will be ‘New’ status in your workspace. Then, by clicking “Save,” all parts will be checked into Teamcenter.
