It is Tibco/Rendezvous error, you need to change your
license ticket. Contact Tibco for a new license copy

Those are just warning messages. They don't cause any harm

to the programs till rv session expires.
I guess you are using the trial version of RV. To get rid

of those messages, the only way I feel is to purchase the

RV license from TIBCO and to get a valid RV license file
(.tkt file)

REGISTRATION.NO_RESPONSE comes when you are using certified message and
pre-registered listen is not acknowledging the message. Refer to docs
for more details on certified message

To avoid LICENCE.EXPIRE, you need to have a valid tibrv.tkt file in
tibrv/bin directory.

you can add the licence folder to the PATH env
