Earliest surviving variant of the policies and guidelines of the internet encyclopedia Nupedia, forerunner of Wikipedia and Citizendium. This is of particular importance as a source of the doctrinal underpinnings of the Wikipedia concept of Neutral Point of View (NPOV), which is to be found in Section III, General Nupedia Policies, Part C, Lack of Bias.
