As an adult living with ADHD I’m full of ideas but follow through can be very challenging. This gets me from idea to finished so fast I hardly have time to get distracted. Administrative tasks can be very hard to initiate. I decided to test this out on personal things before applying it elsewhere, and it’s already helped me complete numerous tasks that I’ve literally been putting off for years. I’m not exaggerating when I say it has saved me thousands of dollars by helping me with some sticky administrative things, like navigating government websites, doing the legwork to dispute my property tax valuation, helping me comparison-shop for new insurance, etc. It nudges me and keeps me cognizant of tasks that would otherwise have slipped off my radar, and helps me do the exact parts my brain despises. Maybe you’re thinking I could just use a task app or to-do list for this type of thing, but trust me when I say I’ve tried them all.. To have software that not only reminds me what needs to be done but helps me do it or even does it for me? Huge life upgrade.

I paid for a $20 subscription for extra bot usage which Cursor charged me for, but never gave me the extra usage. On top of that, it doesn’t even show up in my Apple subscriptions when I try to cancel it. I subscribed to SuperGrok which apparently includes the extra usage that GrokBot allowed me to sign up for redundantly, charging me, but not giving me any additional service. It’s been a nightmare trying to reach any customer service which I have not had any luck with, and instead, had to call my bank to have the chargers reversed. On top of that, not only could Grok Bot or Grok not confirmed whether the accounts were linked, but Grok Bot charged me an additional $.75 for over usage when I ask them about the problems I was having with their services, to which they basically charged me to tell me that they did not know what was going on or how to fix it. While I do like the other services that Grok Bot provides, their billing, sales model, customer service, and the fact that Grok Bot can’t even tell you if your account has been linked to your X or Grok accounts when that’s actually part of their general function should tell one how inadequate and unreliable their product is. The people in charge of billing, programming, customer service seem to be extremely disconnected, very unqualified or crooked. The fact that you can so easily order an alleged service, but have to go on a long journey to get any customer service or support tells me that this company’s priority is revenue and not service. I would be embarrassed but Grok Bot (Cursor) seems fine with this business model. I would definitely recommend a different bot service because it’s clear that Grok Bot and Cursor don’t care about the customers.

So I want to pass on that I am really enjoying GROK BOT. I have been adding agents and tasks regularly. I am a retired IT guy that has a part time operations job at my church and am the primary care giver for my 84 year old father. Bottom line, I am managing church ops, dad ops, and my personal life. It has been a game changer so far.But the big deal for me is that I have my dad getting interested in this as his ability to manage traditional tech has fallen off as he has aged. But he can talk and listen just fine. So I am developing all my processes in natural language and allowing ALBERT (my chief of staff bot) to guide me as we build an interface together. I am modeling how I might use this as I age and lose a step (as we all will eventually) to help me manage things. Two specific points -1. I am asking your team (opened feedack) to consider the types of voices in the voice channel you have and create some that are acceptable to older people. Most of them are young sounding and for a older guy that is not optimal when you are talking about serious things. 2. Keep up the good work on having the tool help me help myself. I have been asking the bots to suggest improvements to their own designs based on what I am doing as through three iterations the suggestions have been solid.Don't really expect a direct response on this but wanted to get it into the channel. If you have not considered how to deliver this to seniors - you should! Good stuff!
Great but…

Love this AI Agent. Best in the market in terms of ease of use and cross-device compatibility. I’ve tried a bunch of these tools, and Grubbot is probably the closest I’ve found to something I can actually use throughout the day instead of just playing around with. The biggest pain points are around persistence and intelligence when completing tasks. It still gives up too easily sometimes, gets stuck on things a human would work around, or needs me to jump back in and point it in the right direction. Obviously credit usage is a big limitation as well if you’re trying to use it as more than an occasional tool.I’m trying to use it almost exclusively now for execution, while pairing it with a larger language model to handle the more complex thinking and heavy lifting. That setup works pretty well. I can use the LLM to think through what needs to happen, then hand the actual task over to Grubbot to go do the work across different apps and devices.I really hope the developers keep pushing hard on making it smarter, more persistent, and better at figuring things out on its own. That’s the biggest opportunity here. I don’t want an AI that needs to be managed every few steps. I want to give it an outcome and have it keep working until the job is actually done.Right now it feels more like a high school-level intern than an actual employee.
