    TikTokやInstagramの勉強法で「シャドーイング」がいいという

    をよく見るので購入してみました。

    シャドーイングのやり方がステップバイステップで書かれているし

    Netfilixなどを使った具体的なやり方、隙間時間の活用の仕方も

    書かれているので、シャドーイングいいって聞くけど

    どうやるの？と感じている初心者（私みたいな）人にはいい本かなとおもいました。

    一通り読み終えて、これまでの自分のリスニング学習がいかに非効率だったかを痛感しました。「ただ聞き流す」のではなく、英語特有の音声変化（リエゾンやリダクション）を理論として理解し、それを自分の口で再現するステップがこれほど重要だとは。

    特に、著者の提唱するトレーニング順序が非常にロジカルで、これなら「3ヶ月」という期間設定にも納得がいきます。読んだだけで「あ、これなら耳が変わる」という確信が持てる一冊

    。明日から本格的な反復練習に入るのが楽しみです。
