    全網羅的に法学を学ぶのが入門である。よってもっとも難しい。

    初学者が避けて通れないのだが、入門とあるのが誤解の原因だろう。

    西洋史、法制史、近代日本、そして倫理と論理の問題にまで踏み込む。

    結果、いきなり心を叩き折られることになるだろう。

    しかし、苦痛でも一読する必要がある。

    そうすれば、法学はたいてい簡単に思えるだろう。

    難解で、一度読みでは頭に入らない。入門書として内容が不十分な点が多々あるので、法律初学者は他にも数冊読む必要がある。いや、絶対に他も読んだ方が良い。

    しいて言えば、分かりづらい書き方と法の歴史を垣間見ることができる点が本書の利点。
