約2週間使用しました。初期セットアップは比較的スムーズで、基本的な設定は迷わず完了できました。 個人的には、Pythonが実行できる点が便利で、簡単な自宅内Webサーバを構築して動作確認まで問題なく行えました。軽い用途であれば十分活用できる印象です。 【良かった点】 ・セットアップが簡単で導入しやすい ・Pythonが実行でき、簡単なWebサーバ用途に使える ・家庭内利用なら性能は十分 【気になった点】 ・Dockerが利用できない ・そのため本格的なサーバ運用やコンテナ前提の構成には向かない 学習用途や軽い自宅サーバ用途には扱いやすいですが、本格的な運用を考えている方は事前に仕様を確認した方が良いと思います。

    導入をずっと悩んでいたが、もっと早く買っておけば良かった！

    家族間だけで、写真・動画共有と端末の容量確保等も含め導入。

    初期設定は簡単ですが、その後のファイル作成や細かい設定は少し手こずりましたが、サポートもしっかりしているので安心です。

    スペックも共有・保存だけなら十分かな。

    自炊した漫画のデータベースとして使っています。UGREEN NASの漫画アプリは、タブレットやスマホでは家でも外出先でもストリーミングで簡単に快適に読めますが、PCは非対応ですので☆-1という評価にしました。ホームネットワークにつながっている家のパソコンなら、直接ビューアアプリで読むことができますが、少々不便です。

    初めてでも設定がとても簡単で、すぐに使い始めることができました。NASというと難しいイメージがありましたが、このUGREEN NASync DH2300は画面もわかりやすく、バックアップ用途としても使いやすいです。

    2ベイなので容量を増やしやすく、4K動画再生にも対応しているので、写真や動画の保存にも便利だと思います。NFCワンタッチ接続も手軽で良いです。

    以前QNAPも使ったことがありますが、個人的にはこちらの方が設定がわかりやすく、扱いやすいと感じました。初心者向けNASとしてかなり満足度が高いです。

    Androidアプリの作りがよろしくないように見えます。

    通常、家庭内のネットワークではDHCPによってIPアドレスが動的に割り当てられますが、このアプリは一度検索して見つけたNASのローカルIPアドレスを記録しているようです。

    そのため、DHCPによってNASのローカルIPアドレスが変更されると、アプリが以前のIPアドレスに接続しようとして「デバイス接続に失敗しました」となります。

    この場合、NAS自体やネットワークには問題がなくても、アプリのキャッシュを消去して再度NASを検索させないと接続できません。

    DHCP環境で利用することを考えると、IPアドレスではなくNAS固有の情報でデバイスを識別し、IPアドレスが変更された場合には自動的に再探索・更新するようにしてほしいところです。

    まずこれは、有線接続1Gbpsまでしかなく、2台しか接続ができない(つまり冗長性が限りなくない)モデルだということを理解しておく必要があります。

    私はNASをこの機種で初めて使い始めました。

    で、私のような初心者で、「ローカルストレージって、不便だな。クラウド系のサービス、OSレベルのファイルサービスとしては微妙に不便だし、いきなり値上げするし嫌だな。でもPCを常時電源ONにして、ポートを外向けに全開放ってのはさすがに不用心だしな。」っていうくらいの人にはお勧めできます。

    例えばLightroomやネットワークオーディオのファイルの置き場所としてそのままマウントできるので、PCのSDDやHDDのドライブ容量を一切使わずに大容量メディアファイルなどを置いておけるので、特定の端末の依存度を下げたり、容量を節約できるのでめっちゃ便利です。当然、ネットワーク回線にもよりますが、安定もします。相手方のサーバーに依存もしません。

    セットアップも簡単です。文字通り数回のクリック(タップ)で終わります。本当に簡単。

    ユーティリティ機能も優秀。特に写真ファイルを自動的に整理してくれる機能なんかは、他の一部のメジャーサービスより優秀なんじゃないかと思います。

    動画ファイルなんかも昔のDVDからせこせこリッピングしたデータとか、オンデマンド時代の今となっては保管はするけど日常的に見ないものとかあるじゃないですか？あぁいうのも保管してライブラリ化してくれるので、用途としてすごい分かってる感を感じます。

    NAS自体にOSがあるので、上記の機能は全て＋αとしてインストールして、自分の用途に応じてカスタマイズできるので、不要な機能は使わなければ良いもの良いです。

    大体dropboxやBoxにありそうな機能は大体ありますね。

    今後こうしたSDKを開放したり、APIで連携されるようになったらと考えると、非常に将来性にも期待がもてる仕様設計ですね。

    次に☆をマイナス1にした理由、デメリットについてです。

    前提としてこれ以上の高級機種では全て払拭されているので、エントリーモデルとしては☆5でいいです。

    ただこれを買った当時知ってたら上位機種買ったかもと思ったポイント。

    ①有線接続1Gbpsまで

    当然NASはUSBなりLANなどで接続するんですが、これが2.5Gか10Gかによって性能をどれだけ活かせるかが変わるわけでして。大容量ファイルを取り扱うことになるHDD機器なのに1Gを選んでしまった自分を叱りたい。

    ②2台しか接続ができない

    これも「え？8TB*2台載せられれば十分じゃね？」と思った自分を叱りたい。

    重要なのはこの二台を容量のために使うか、冗長性のために使うかなんですが。いずれにしても平常時に2台を使うと、お引越しの時どうするのでしょうか？OSレベルでは2枚のHDDは1つの記憶領域として使っています。

    …あれ？

    私と同じようなNAS初心者の方へ先にお伝えしておくと、NASは複数HDDをがっちゃんこして特大記憶領域にできるものではなく、どちらかというと自前のストレージサーバーです。なのでバックアップはどうするか、引っ越しや換装の時にどうするか、きちんと計画を立ててから買った方がいいです。

    たぶん私の場合、換装や引っ越しが必要になった場面で4枚乗っけられるNASに買い替えることになります。

    追加ストレージ2枚と一緒に、20万くらいかけて。

    それなら、最初からそっち買った方がトータルで見たら安くね？って思いました。

    見た目上5万円以下で大容量ストレージが手に入る便利ボックスですが、最近の記憶容量の価格高騰に伴って、なんだかんだ15万円くらいは見込んで投資した方がいいんだなって学びました。

    まぁ、一旦は2~3年くらいは満足して運用できそうですが。
