    ドラマを見て面白かったので、色々なソロ活を紹介してもらえるのかなと期待して読みましたが、そうではありませんでした。

    まず、ソロ活一覧は最後の4章のみで、そこまではひたすら筆者の今までのソロ活動エッセイです。

    しかも、ドラマのような「人嫌いじゃないけどソロ活って楽しい」という前向きな雰囲気ではなく、

    私は団体行動に向いてない、1人でいるしかない、でも人目が気になって辛い、昔は今よりもっと女が1人でいるのに後ろ指を指されていた、心の中でこういう言い訳をしたら1人でも許されるかなぁ。

    といったようなネガティブな姿勢で低めな自己肯定感をなんとか自意識高めに行動する様をひたすら見せつけられ、もういいよわかったよ、と言いたくなります。

    そんな気持ちもわからなくはないのですが、エッセイならそう書いておいて欲しかった。くどいです。

    4章も、タイトルで大体想像できるような内容なので、試し読み以上ではないかな。
