    もともと仕事で著作権を扱うため一般の基本書（中山先生の本など）を普段からちらちら参照しており、予備知識はあります。

    予備試験用に改めて勉強しなおそうと思っていたところ、こちらの本が出版されることを知り、分厚くないことや要件事実に沿った整理がされていること、また著者の「会社訴訟の要件事実」も支持されていることから購入してみました。

    非常にスッキリとまとまらめており、基礎知識の復習にもなり、また、頭の整理にもなり、サクサクと読めます。あっさりかと思えばバンドスコア事件や棋譜事件など最近話題のところにも触れられており、かゆいところにも手が届く感じです。

    はしがきには特許についてもテキストがあるような記載があったので、ぜひそちらも早期に書籍化していただきたいと思います。
