    1箱目は問題なかったのですが、2箱目を開けると破れているカプセルがありました。

    中に粉が散乱していました。

    破れていたのは2粒ほどでしたが、

    鉄の匂いが他のカプセルについてきついです。

    手にも匂いがつきます。

    効果については良いと思います。

    飲んでいるときと飲んでいないときの疲労感が違います。また、飲んでいないときはよく寝ているときに足を攣ってしまうことがありましたが、飲んでいる時は安眠できています。
