    プロテインバーの中ではかなり美味しいです。タンパク質量が10gとプロテインバーで比べると若干少ないですが美味しくて続けられるので良いと思います。比較的腹持ちがするので長時間食事出来ない時に、沢山食べたりせずに我慢出来るので良く食べています。

    お菓子メーカーのブルボンなら不味くはないだろう。

    糖質制限をしているわけでもないので、

    持続性エネルギー糖質パラチノーズ配合というのも気になった。

    朝食を食べたがらない息子の為にと、考え選び抜いてこの商品を選んでみたが…

    試食にと口に運んでみたが、甘ったるい。

    1本を食べるのに苦痛的な甘さ。

    おまけに口の水分が奪われる。

    これを朝にと出されたら、私だったらブチ切れて投げていただろう。

    これだったら慣れ親しんでいるカロリーメイトのフルーツ味の方が良かったと思いました。

    こういったバーには目的があり、何に注目するのか？

    手軽にタンパク質ならパウチのササミを食べたらいいし、茹で卵1つで事が済む。

    ビタミンならサプリで補えば十分。

    タンパク質重視ならこの

    糖質約16gは糖化の影響を考えると好ましくもないと私は思いました。
