    梅酒と梅干の作り方がメインになっています。

    その他、梅酒を使ったお菓子＆料理のページや、梅干を使った料理、梅を使った変わりレシピが約30ページほど載ってます。

    今年は梅干作りに挑戦したいと思って購入したのですが、この本はジッパー付きポリ袋を使う作り方なので、手軽に出来そう！と思いました。

    作り方も工程ごとの写真が載っているので分かりやすいです。

    しごと内容がもう少し細かく紹介されているのかと思ったがそれ程でもなく。仕事後のメニュー紹介に重点が置かれているように感じた。仕事の内容についての参考にはあまりならない。ネット検索で様々な方法を試す方がメリットは多いかも。
