    デクスコムとリブレ、一長一短かな

    　これまでリブレを使ってきたが、試しでデクスコムG7を使ってみた。デクスコムの旧型は腹部装着だったが、G7では腕への装着が可能になった。腹部装着だとズボンを履く際に支障がありそうで、これまで敬遠してきた。

    　デクスコムの良い点は0点補正ができることだ。リブレもデクスコムも個体差がある。デクスコムでは指先の血液から直接測定した値を使って補正ができる。リブレ、デキスコム共に正確には間質液内のブドウ糖を測定していて、血中濃度とは数十分のずれが生じる。血液補正のできるデクスコムではこの点にアドバンテージを感じる。

    　対してリブレの優れた点は2週間使用できること。デクスコムは10日間なので4日の違いは大きい。ただ、リブレは装着後2日と終了前2日の数値が不安定になることが多い。その点を考慮すると大差はないのかもしれない。

    　私の場合はまだ糖尿病とは診断されてはいない。予備軍状態である。だからブドウ糖の正確な数値が知りたいわけではなく、何を食べれば、あるいはどのような行動をすれば血糖値が上がるのかを知りたくて装着している。そう言った意味で言うと、リブレでもデクスコムでも大差は無くなってしまう。

    　ただ、アプリの使用感はリブレに軍牌が上がる。日本語化も自然に感じるし、センサーからスマホへのリンクも早いように思う。

    　悪あがきと言われても糖尿病と診断される日が来ないように足掻き続ける所存である。

    製品自体に問題があるんですかね(ロットの関係？)サポートに連絡して代替品を待ってます。困った現象です。

    追記、エラーがあまりにも多いので、自分なりに工夫してみました。汗対策と剥がれ対策で、本体を包帯で少しきつく巻いてみました。

    追記、2026年7月25日、エラー頻発で受信しなくなりました。これで6回目です。代替品を送るようにサポートに連絡しました。最初の3つ目位までは正常でしたが10日間持たなくなりましたね。内臓電池の問題？

    個人的な感想になります。

    リブレとの比較になりますが、センサーの使用期間が１０日です。

    リブレと大きな違いは腹部にも穿刺ができるということです。

    穿刺時の痛みは個人差もあるかと思いますが、私はそこまで痛みを感じることなく穿刺できます。

    ただ、出血などがあったりセンサーの不具合があった場合はデクスコムのサポートセンターへ連絡する必要があります。

    Failed to start. Easily fixed by waving a magnet near the sensor. For some mysterious reason, the manufacturer does not include this easy fix in their troubleshooting guide.

    It was great while it lasted, but stopped working after less than 3 days.

    The manufacturer quickly provided a free replacement.

    １０日間無事に剥がれることもなく使うことができた。

    針を刺す時もボタンを押すだけなので恐怖感は少なく、それほど痛くなかった。

    むしろ終わってテープを剥がす時の方が痛い

    他の方も書かれていたが、夜中に爆音アラームが鳴り危険レベルの低血糖だと言われた。

    これには本当に驚いたが、体の感覚的には至って普通だった。ここだけ謎が残る。

    アラームが鳴ったのはこの一回のみ。洗礼だと思って受け入れた。

    全体を通して血糖への意識が高まり、何をどう食べたらいいのか理解が深まり良い体験だった。

    また定期的に使用したいと思い追加で購入した。
