Naoyuki Hiraishi

テレビ朝日アナウンサー。「ABEMA Prime」の進行を担当。
1974年、大阪府松原市生まれ。佐賀県鹿島市育ち。早稲田大学政治経済学部を卒業後、テレビ朝日に入社。報道・情報番組を中心に、「地球まるごとTV」「やじうまテレビ! 」などでMCを務め、「ニュースステーション」「スーパーJチャンネル」「サンデー・フロントライン」「報道ステーション」などでは、キャスターおよびフィールドリポーターとして全国各地を飛び回る。訪れた地は全47都道府県。2004年6月から1年間、ニューヨーク支局に勤務し、イチロー選手(当時)が年間最多安打記録を打ち立てた歴史的な試合や、アメリカ大統領選を取材。帰国後に「数字が読めるアナウンサー」を目指し、独学で8カ月かけて簿記3級と2級を取得。
2019年から新しい未来のテレビABEMAの報道番組「ABEMA Prime」の進行を担当。“論破王"と呼ばれるひろゆき氏との軽快なかけあいや、ジャーナリスト・佐々木俊尚氏との熱い議論など、アナウンサーという枠を超え、ファシリテーターとしての役割を存分に発揮。個性が強い出演者たちを巧みにまとめ上げる、“アベプラの猛獣使い"として番組を大いに盛り立てている。
特技はテニス。学生時代はテニススクールのインストラクターのアルバイトで、コミュニケーションスキルを磨いた。
自他ともに認めるスイーツ男子で、愛猫家の一面も。
また、大学の卒業旅行で中国のゆかりの地をめぐった“三国志マニア"で、本、映画、連続ドラマ、ゲームなど、あらゆる形でこよなく愛する。

    コロナ禍で自粛生活が続く中、YouTubeをザッピングしていたときに

    アベプラに出会いました。

    扱うテーマは地上波とは一線を画し、すごく尖っていて、

    それが自分の知らなかった世界を見せてくれて大変面白いのですが、

    出演者はさらに尖っていました。

    ひろゆきさんを筆頭に、一癖どころじゃない出演者が集まる中、

    それをあるときには鮮やかにぶった切り、またあるときは

    優しく後ろから発言者を後押ししている平石さんに私は興味が湧きました。

    その平石さんが本を出すということで、早速購入。

    一言でいうなら、めちゃくちゃ使える一冊でした。

    とくに“グループトークは大縄跳びのようなもの”、

    という一文には、思わず「そうか」と唸りました。

    また、話し合いを何度重ねてもなかなか答えが出ないときの

    対処法も「これはすぐに使える」と思いました。

    どこを取り出してもここまで使えると思う本に

    私は初めて出会った気がします。

    いま初めて、会議を楽しみにしている

    自分がいることに驚いています。
